Real numbers, not a package price

Rigging and controls are priced from the genuine Suzuki parts each motor requires (Suzuki set-up manual) at our current parts prices: main harness, sub-battery cable, SMG4 gauge, control box or SPC 2.0 station kit, cables, rigging hardware and a stainless propeller. Battery cables, fuel filter and steering are quoted separately if your boat needs them. Excludes sales tax and propeller changes after sea trial. Prices subject to change.

Every quote includes

  • New Suzuki outboard with full factory warranty, registered for you
  • Genuine Suzuki rigging kit sized for your boat
  • Controls, harness and gauge (mechanical or Suzuki Precision Control)
  • Removal and disposal of your old motor (or trade-in credit)
  • Installation by a Suzuki-certified technician
  • Water test / sea trial and prop check
  • One itemized invoice — every part number listed

Quoted separately if your boat needs it

  • Hydraulic or power steering upgrades
  • Transom repair or jack plate
  • Batteries, battery switches and cables
  • Fuel system work (tank, lines, filters)

Repower questions we get every week

Which shaft length do I need?

Measure from the top of the transom to the bottom: about 20" = long (L), 25" = extra long (X), 30" = ultra long (XX). Send a photo of the transom and we'll confirm.

Mechanical or digital (SPC) controls?

Mechanical keeps the cost down and works great on singles. Suzuki Precision Control (drive-by-wire) is standard on the AP/BTG models and the way to go for twins, keyless start and troll mode.

Can I keep my existing controls and gauges?

Sometimes. Mechanical Suzuki controls can often stay; other brands and digital setups need Suzuki controls. Send a photo of your helm and we'll tell you in the quote.

Do you come to my boat?

Yes for most of Palm Beach and Broward — trailer, lift or dock. Some jobs are faster at our Delray Beach shop; we'll say which in the quote.

What happens to my old motor?

We remove and dispose of it at no charge, or credit a trade-in against the job when it has resale value.

How long does the whole thing take?

Quote in a day. Motor lead time varies by model and Suzuki's allocation — we confirm it when you order. Install itself is 1–3 days.
